By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Shipping and Return & Refund Policies. These Terms apply to all purchases from Amelo, Shop No. R1-102, First Floor, M3M Tee Point, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana 122018 (GSTIN: [GSTIN]).

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to buy, or use the site with a parent or guardian. Please give accurate details and keep your login secure. We may close accounts used for fraud or misuse.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping is free across India.
• Prices and offers may change without notice. If a price is listed in error, we will offer you the correct price or a full refund.
• Payments go through secure, RBI-authorised gateways. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or combined unless stated.

Products

We try to show products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly. Amelo products are oral-care products and are not a substitute for professional dental care. Please read the label and check ingredients for allergies before use.

Orders

An order is confirmed only when we dispatch it. We may cancel orders for stock or pricing errors, suspected fraud, or undeliverable addresses, with a full refund. You can cancel free of charge before dispatch.

Shipping and returns

Orders are dispatched within 7 business days and delivered within 7 business days after that. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery as set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Opened hygiene products cannot be returned.

Prohibited uses

You must not use the site unlawfully, place fraudulent orders, misuse offers or returns, resell products without consent, copy our content, or harm the site's security.

Intellectual property

The Amelo name, logo, "CLOSE-THE-GAP" tagline and all site content belong to Amelo and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses or for harm from use against the label directions. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach consumer commissions, disputes fall under the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always on this page.
